The Retreat Enrollment Process
Apply to Attend
Begin with the application process.
Candor Retreats are intentionally curated spaces. To preserve depth, safety, and alignment within the group, all participants complete an application prior to securing their spot.
Once your application is reviewed, you may be invited to join the retreat. If we feel additional clarity would be helpful, we may schedule a brief consultation call.
Invitation & Deposit
Receive your private invitation.
If your application is approved, you will receive a personal email with next steps and access to the private deposit page. Your spot is officially secured once the required deposit is submitted.
This two-step process allows us to thoughtfully curate the group while ensuring each participant feels aligned with the retreat experience.
Welcome to the Candor Retreat Community.
After your deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with travel details, preparation guidance, and ongoing support. We’ll remain in communication leading up to the retreat to ensure you feel informed, grounded, and ready.

Rewriting the Story — A Women-Centered Narrative Workshop
Reclaim your story in a structured, trauma-informed space designed to guide you from surviving to shaping your life with intention and compassion. This half-day immersive experience invites you into reflective writing, facilitated dialogue, and gentle embodied practices that support the transformation of fragmented experiences into a more coherent, empowered narrative.
Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed care, this women-led workshop offers practical tools to strengthen psychological flexibility, align with your values, and deepen self-authorship. Together, we explore intergenerational influences, identity development, and the stories we carry — with care, confidentiality, and collective witness.
What You’ll Gain
A clearer personal narrative that honors your experiences and informs future choices
Practical writing tools and guided prompts to continue the work at home
A supportive, confidential community of women offering resonance and reflection
Restorative practices to integrate emotional insight into daily life
Each participant receives a complimentary narrative workbook, curated wellness offerings, and light refreshments. Led by experienced women facilitators trained in trauma-informed storytelling and group facilitation, this is a safe, thoughtfully structured space for expression, meaning-making, and transformation.
